Jensen’s Bøfhus (Steak House) is one of Denmark’s most popular chain of family restaurants.

LeadIT produces films for education of staff. The films guide the staff through customer scenarios, dilemmas, hygiene instructions, kitchen procedures etc.

The films are run via centrally operated, web-based e-learning systems and have contributed with increased efficiency and streamlining of major parts of the internal training programmes.

LeadIT carries out production of the films in close collaboration with Jensen’s Bøfhus’ HR Department.
